About Dane
I started in real estate when I was 19. I partnered with my parents to buy a luxury condo near ASU in Tempe, AZ. It's one of our best money making investment properties. I learned the investment side of real estate first...Getting my license just made sense.
I have a great team! We've been licensed Realtors in the state of Arizona since 2003. The team includes my mother, Pam, and aunt, Margaret. I enjoy working with family! My mother is a brilliant woman, in every sense of the word. She has a passion for using real estate as a tool to build generational wealth, and she's great at it! My aunt, Margaret, is our transaction coordinator. Also, absolutely brilliant, she manages all of our files. Put simply, she should have been a lawyer!
As a team, we have owned and operated investment properties here in Arizona since 1996. Our investments range from luxury condominiums on Tempe Town Lake, to major rehab projects, to homes in nationally ranked golf course communities, to deeded land.
With us, our clients benefit from our personal experience, our backgrounds in education and business, our knowledge of tax law, and our passion to teach and help others.
My wife, Tanya, is a great support system for me and our two kiddos, Tate and Sage. She is in the wellness industry where she, too, gets to help people on a daily basis! Without her love, me and the kiddos would be lost!
We love God, Country, Family, and our pups!
